澳門弱智人士家長協進會附屬虹光軒於2011年11月1日成立，透過職業技能訓練，讓具備有就業潛能的輕中度智障人士提升其工作技能，並為學員配對職業及提供就業後支援服務，鼓勵智障人士積極參與就業市場，提升他們自立能力，改善生活質素，增加就業所帶來的滿足感。

Established on 1st Nov 2011, Hong Kong Hin is affiliated with Association of Parents of the People with Intellectual Disabilities of Macau. It provides vocational training to enhance the working skills of people with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities, assists them with job matching and offers post-employment support. The objective is to encourage them to actively participate in the job market,thereby boosting their independence, improving their life quality and increasing their job-related satisfaction.

我們相信藉着職能訓練，讓智障人士可以公開就業，融入社會。

We believe that through vocational training, people with intellectual disabilities will be able to work in the open market and integrate into society.

● 十六至五十五歲持有澳門居民身份證的輕﹑中度智障／自閉症人士

● Macau citizens with mild or moderate intellectual disabilities / autism aged 16 to 55

● 出勤津貼、勞動津貼
● Attendance Allowance

● 培訓期滿為兩年，期滿後，能力接近公開就業而未能配對合適工作，可提出申請延長一年培訓服務。
● On completion of 2-year vocational training, students whose abilities are fit for open employment but are unable to match a job can apply for 1-year extension.

工作隊：每日上午８時至下午５時
Working team: daily from 8 am – 5 pm


超　市：每日上午９時至晚上７時
Supermarket: daily from 9 am – 7 pm

家長或監護人可以書面為學員申請退出服務
Parent’s/Guardian’s written note for withdrawal from the services is required


兩年訓練期滿，或延續一年訓練期滿
The user completes the 2-year training or the extra 1-year extension


成功公開就業半年後
6 months after the user achieved an open employment program


學員未能適應輔助就業訓練
If the user cannot adapt to the vocational training program
