澳門弱智人士家長協進會附屬曉光中心於一九九七年一月一日啟用，中心佔地一千零六十平方米。為一所日間展能中心，旨為中度及重度智障成人提供照顧及訓練，令學員個人成長及其照顧者身心有短暫舒緩的空間。

Hil Kong Centre is affiliated with Association of Parents of the People with Intellectual Disabilities of Macau. It was open to the public on 1st January, 1997 with an area of 1060 square meters. Hil Kong is a daytime activity centre which gives care and training to people with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities. The goal is to enable their personal growth while temporarily relieving care givers of their pressure.

We are committed to provide appropriate services to adults with intellectual disabilities, thereby enhancing their daily living skills, facilitating their integration into community and improving their quality of life.

為智障成人提供生活技能訓練，休閒活動及社區適應訓練，加強獨立生活能力，提升生活質素；
To offer daily living skills training, leisure activities and community adjustment training to adults with intellectual disabilities, in order to strengthen their abilities to live independently and to improve quality of life.

提供間照顧及展能服務，使家長身心有短暫的舒緩空間，並協助家長取得社會支援；
To provide daycare service and daytime activity to adults with intellectual disabilities so that the parents can relieve their pressure temporarily, as well as to assist them in accessing social resources.

協助智障成人全面發展、邁向獨立、融入社區，建立融和社會；
To assist adults with intellectual disabilities in comprehensive development, learning to be independent, integrating into community and establishing a harmonious society.

● 十六歲或以上，中、重度智障人士，需經醫生證明沒有傳染病，並持澳門有效的身份證明文件。

● People with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities aged 16 or above. They must possess
valid Macau ID cards and a medical document showing they are free from infectious diseases.
